Seebeck electro thermal system is:
Electric power generation system based on a principle that giving temperature difference to connected different metals generates electric power, which a German physicist Thomas Seebeck discovered in 1921. A Russian scientist, Joffe developed the principle up to practical level, and used for military and aerospace fields during East-West cold war period.

In recent years, interest in environmental issue is increasing, development of higher efficient material is required, under such circumstances, practical use of Seebeck electro thermal system for various fields is considered. Use of exhaust gas, waste heat from hot spring and incineration facility, installation to industrial furnace, machines and equipment, electronic devices are expected.

Takagi Mfg. Co., Ltd. H&C a specialized manufacture of thermal related parts, produces and sells convenient units assembling power generation device. Heat Sink, thermal insulation, and heat transfer plates are assembled to high reliable module such as bismuth-tellurium, attached to heat source then cool the other surface generates electric power immediately.

In addition to 8 types of standard products which meet heat source for solid, liquid, and gas respectively, 100 [W] unit has been newly developed. Besides, special orders to meet customers' required application can be accepted and customer designated devices can be possible. Using such devices, electric power generation experiment or practical use as a system can be possible.

Experiment system is prepared in order to experiment Seebeck electro thermal generation. In addition to 8 types of standard product, best suitable system to your application can be proposed. Using Heater and / or water cooling circulation device, secures temperature difference and then generate electric power. Changing to AC (A) with inverter, charging battery (B), if electronic loaded device is connected, measurement of accurate power generation capacity can be possible ( C ).
