Ultra low temperature Peltier System

Cooling temperature of normal Peltier system is up to -10 [℃] by air cooling and -30 [℃] by water cooling. In order to lower temperature much below, following methods are observed.

1) Low temperature refrigerant such as antifreeze or ethanol
2) Usage of multi step module (small capacity)
3) Usage in vacuum environment

Combination of above 1) to 3) could lower temperature more than -100 [℃]
