  1. Cold Plates by Brazing sheet

    Brazing sheet bonding is the conventional and general bonding technology. Due to outstanding performance and high reliability, Cold Plates made by Brazing sheet process is replacing ones with Drilling hole or Brazing pipe process.
    Water channel is designed as required, cooling capability of the Cold Plates by Brazing sheet is two to three times more robust and pressure loss can be much lower compared with Drilling hole type Heat Sink.


  2. Brazing sheet process

    Ag sheet (braze) is inserted between two Cu plates (water channel and lid) and put into hydrogen or vacuum atmosphere furnace. Due to capillary action, braze bonds not only attached portion but all ends of water channel plate as well, then water sealing is ensured. (Figure below)

  3. Our business status

    Since 1992, we have shipped more than half million pcs. of these Cold Plates by Brazing sheet for heavy electric devices, semiconductor manufacturing devices, laser equipment and chemical plants, so on. Size of this products is min. 10 x 20 [mm], max. 500 x 1000 [mm]. Various type of design, such as several meter water channel or with several hundreds tapping are manufactured.

  4. Quality Inspection

    Water leakage is the most conscious matter for users. We pay special attention to bonding related process such as each parts cleaning and bonding surface precision process. Leak test is conducted to each products and we have never experienced any water leakage at final products level.
