Acceptable conditions
a. Size, Design: Min. 15 x 30 [mm], Max. 300 x 600 [mm], Round surface and variant type are available .
b. Heater: In general, gross calorific value up to 1000 [W] is 100 [V], if exceeds 1000 [W], 200 [V]. Applicable for Vacuum, Max. high temperature 1000 [℃]
c. Material:　Besides Oxygen free copper, Aluminum or Stainless Steel can be possible. Oxygen free copper is superior as to performance and quality.
Price
Quotation is made upon receipt of your required specification, required capacity and quantity. Price of Special order products may be higher than standard products due to special design and production procedure.
Time of shipment
20 to 30 days after confirmation of specification
For special order, please prepare
Drawing, Specification (Length, Width, Thickness, hole location, heater location, etc.)
Conditions of usage (Details of heat generating equipment, capacity, location of equipment, working environment, etc.) is preferable for design reference.
